THE ART OF EXPERIENTIAL EVENTS
You Had to be There: Employing User-centered Design to Create Unforgettable Experiences
Have you ever been to a restaurant, museum, or event and thought, “I love this place – it feels like it was made just for me”? While creating completely custom experiences for each guest may seem difficult to achieve, it is possible – and worth the effort. Capturing your clients’ hearts and minds is as simple as asking questions, discovering aspirations and desires, and applying insights as you craft each touchpoint.

Join us as Kerry McManama, Executive Director, Strategy, at George P. Johnson – the world’s leading experience marketing agency – shares user-centered design techniques you can apply from the first meeting with your clients so you can shape you-had-to-be-there experiences, every time.
