Every year ILEA Boston honors members whose contribution to the chapter and industry have been above and beyond what was expected of them. These members truly exemplify the spirit of ILEA. Our Heart & Soul Award winners are:
- The Spirit of ILEA Award honors a chapter member not on the Board who embodies all that is ILEA and has made an outstanding contribution to the ILEA Boston chapter.
- The Rising Star Award honors a new chapter member not on the Board for their immediate commitment and involvement to the ILEA Boston chapter.
