ILEA Boston Gala 2026: Camp Heart and Soul

There's something magical about the end of a chapter year. The kind of evening where you look around the room and think, we really did that. That's exactly the feeling that filled the air at Camp Heart and Soul, a celebration that brought together our organization for a fabulous night out.

The theme was pure summer nostalgia. Think: campfires, friendship bracelets, custom heat patch bars, stellar entertainment, and sweet treats. But this wasn't your average camp. Dozens of incredibly talented vendors came together to bring a whole new look to the camp aesthetic in the most creative, elevated, and downright delightful ways imaginable.

From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this was something special. Every detail from the décor, the food, the entertainment, the atmosphere and more, had been thoughtfully crafted to transport attendees back to the carefree days of camp while celebrating just how far we've all come as industry professionals.

None of this happens without an extraordinary community and our amazing vendors, and Camp Heart and Soul was a true testament to that. Our vendor partners showed up in a big way, each one channeling the camp theme through their own unique lens. The creativity on display was a reminder of exactly why the events industry is so special. Together, these partners transformed the venue into a camp experience that was simultaneously nostalgic and brand new.

Beyond the s'mores and the summer vibes, the evening was truly about honoring the hard work that made this chapter year so remarkable. ILEA Boston had a lot to celebrate, and so many people to honor for a pivotal chapter year.

The gala was a chance to pause, look around at the incredible people in the room, and think back on all of the amazing things we did!

Camp Heart and Soul was more than a party. It was a love letter to our ILEA Boston community, a reminder of the creativity, the camaraderie, and the sheer heart that defines ILEA Boston.

As the campfire dims and another chapter year comes to a close, we head into the next chapter year feeling grateful, inspired, and already excited for what comes next!
